Where the 35 ml/kg Number Actually Comes From

What This Target Can't Fully Account For

Food also contributes a real share of daily hydration, with water-rich fruits and vegetables estimated to provide a notable portion of total intake for people eating a varied diet, which this target doesn't separately subtract for since the 35 ml/kg baseline already assumes a typical mixed diet.
