Emoji stickers on photos are one of the most common forms of casual visual communication - Instagram Stories, WhatsApp reactions, marketing graphics, birthday cards, meme formats. Adding and Positioning Stickers

Each emoji click adds a new sticker centred in the image area with a slight random offset - so clicking multiple emojis quickly produces a scattered arrangement rather than a pile on the same spot. Drag any sticker to any position on the canvas. The sticker position is stored as a percentage of the image dimensions, so the position is resolution-independent - a sticker at 75% horizontal / 30% vertical renders at the same relative position whether the source image is 800px or 4000px wide. Clicking a sticker selects it and shows the size and rotation sliders; clicking the canvas background deselects all stickers. Multiple stickers can be on the canvas simultaneously - add a fire emoji, a heart and a trophy to a celebration photo, or cover a face with a sunglasses emoji.

Size and Rotation Controls

The size slider (20-200px display units) controls the rendered font size of the emoji. At 60px in the display canvas, the sticker renders at a proportionally scaled size relative to the actual image resolution - on a 4000px wide image, a 60px display sticker renders at roughly 400px actual, which is a substantial sticker. The rotation slider (-180 to +180 degrees) rotates the sticker around its centre point. A slight rotation - 10 to 20 degrees - makes stickers look more natural and less mechanically placed. A 45-degree rotation turns a fire emoji into a diagonal accent. A -90 degree rotation turns a pointing hand into a vertical indicator.

Clicking Download with Stickers generates a full-resolution PNG of the image with all stickers rendered at their correct positions, sizes and rotations using the Canvas API. The emojis are drawn using the browser's native emoji font rendering at the calculated resolution. The output PNG is completely self-contained - the stickers are part of the image data, not a separate layer, so the file displays identically in every application.
